Our home is 3400 sq. ft, 5BR 4.5 Bath Home (sleeps up to 16) located in GEROGES BAY which is inside the gated community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach/Garden City Beach, SC.
One of the great features of our home is that during NON-PEAK travel time, we are able to rent out various combinations of the home as follows:
Option #1: 1st Floor: 2 BR 1.5 Bath, sleeps 6.
Option #2: 2nd Floor 2 King Bedrooms 2 Full Baths, Large living area, sleeps 4
Option #3: 2nd floor as above and we had the 3rd floor BR with full bath, BR has 3 full beds, 2nd and 3rd floors combined will sleep 10 guests.
Option #4: Total Home as outlined in this listing is 5BR 4.5 Bath, 2 Kitchens, 2 Dens, 2 Laundry Rooms
Our home is a 3 story home, has 2 separate fully equipped kitchens, 2 separate dens, 2 separate laundry areas each with full size washer/dryer, a sun room, a garage playroom room and 2 decks, 1 covered and 1 open sun deck. Cable and Wi-Fi included.
Starting with the amazingly spacious open area on the second floor you have the Den, Sunroom Seating Area, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry and 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Master bedroom has a King bed, large bath with walk-in-shower with bench seat, double vanity. Also on the 2nd floor is a King bedroom with full bath just across hall. Fully equipped kitchen with eat in bar for 4, dining table to easily seat 8 or more, plus a wicker table, loveseat and 4 chairs in the sunroom for card games, reading etc. Deck with picnic table and chairs is just off the sunroom.
The 3rd floor is a private 1BR 1 Bath portion of the home where you will find a bedroom with 3 full-size beds which easily accommodate 6 people along with a full bath.
On the ground floor we have a complete 2BR 1.5 Bath living area with Den, Kitchen, Dining, Full Laundry area and covered porch just off the den. One of the Bedrooms has a KING bed and the second Bedroom has 2 full-size beds which easily accommodates 6 people.
Again, total of 5BR 4.5 Bath spaciously arranged so everyone has their own space.
Our home offers a Game-Room in the garage with Ping Pong Table, seating area for card games or board games and Corn-holes boards also provided.
With our full week, 7 night rentals, we do include the use of 2 Golf Carts, by valid licensed drivers 18 years of age or older. Other Golf Cart rental options are available thru Oceanside Village, just let us know what you might need.

ON-SITE AMENITIES:
Our gated community of 180 acres offers countless activities to include outdoor pools, kids water play park, playground for kids, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, softball field, shuffleboard, bocce ball, volleyball, and horseshoes along with an indoor pool and indoor kiddie pool. There is also a fitness center on-site.
On a golf cart, the home is about 1-2 minutes from the outdoor pools and kids water park, 2-3 minutes from the indoor pool, playground, tennis courts / other outdoor activities and a ride of only 3-4 minutes to the ocean and private beachfront access. All amenities are within walking distance.
During the summer you will also have activities that are provided by Oceanside Village Community Center.

-No SMOKING No VAPING allowed, strictly enforced. Home is inspected upon exit.
If there is any evidence of smoking in the house or garage there will be an automatic $500 charge to mitigate the smell for future guest, Not Negotiable.
-All furniture must remain in place and not moved, needs to remain as when you arrived. Charges can apply to replace.
-The cancellation policy options is outlined in the lease agreement.
